SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an article which enables to provide a cosmetic and/or therapeutic beneficial effect on the skin in the local application of the product. Product includes a first, upper layer having a top surface facing away from the skin and a second, lower surface opposite the upper surface facing the skin, a second lower layer comprising a first surface facing and adhered to the lower surface of the first top layer, and a second, outwardly facing surface for contact and adhesion of article to skin when applying article thereon, the second, lower layer comprising at least one useful agent selected from a group consisting of a cosmetic agent and a therapeutic agent, and a third, non-adhesive spacer layer connected to a second outward-facing surface of the second lower layer, disposed and configured prior to gluing the second outwardly facing surface to the skin for use. Each of first, upper layer and second lower layer contains water-soluble film-forming substance, and the first, upper and second lower layers are wet-connected during production, so that components are mixed at the boundary of the first and second layers. Said third nonadhesive separating layer is arranged and removable before bonding of second outward facing surface to skin for use. Product is easily removed from skin when water is applied on it.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining products that are easy to use, can stay on user's skin for long periods of time and easily removed if desired or after delivery of substances.
