FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, disk tillage tools functioning in existing and newly manufactured body, frame, rotational and battery type special narrow and wide harrows, cultivators and drills.
SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has continuous, assembled or welded hub with eight faces on its outer surface and opposite eight faces on its inner surface, round bushing with central through fastening opening for drive to install tillage tool in used drive device of agricultural technique. Stepped through opening is provided through each outer face of eight outer faces of hub. Replaceable blade is disposed with small gap in each stepped opening. Blades are rigidly fixed with their round neck and slit neck within inner faced surface of hub by means of threaded end with nut. Flange provided at lower part of round neck rests upon lower face. Pole is equipped with flat surface on its face and rear sides and has cross-sectional size smaller than diameter of flange. Two end sides of pole have total greater size and are equipped with sharpened edges defined by four faces equal in size and extending along the entire thickness and length of pole to lower end connectable to continuous cutter of smaller thickness and having outer round shape of design diameter. Cutter edge has cutting part sharpened at an acute angle and defined by two faces of equal size and extending through the entire thickness of cutter. Two-sided mounting platform is oriented to mid portion of faces on two flat sides of cutter and provided at one of its sides with five stepped mounting openings: four openings arranged in circle and one opening arranged centrally of platform. Platform has eight mounting threaded through openings. Hub has on its face and rear end surfaces eight equally spaced mounting through openings with two-sided thread, said openings being disposed in gaps between blade necks and arranged in circle and in corners. Replaceable tillage tools are rigidly fixed by means of bolts within openings.
EFFECT: wider constructional, processing and operational capabilities of tillage tool.
