EFFECT: reduced costs and time for technical and biological reclamation of over-compacted dumps and creation of optimal agrotechnical conditions of biological reclamation in terms of nutrient, heat and moisture parameters in forest direction due to simultaneous performance of the above-described hinged aggregate.
