FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: installation includes a housing with an exhaust pipe with a system of forced circulation of liquid by a pump, besides, in the housing there is a holder with mandrels and fluid feeds, an adapter, a tubular electric heater, two inspection windows, in one of which a lighting fixture is installed, and in the other one – a video camera. Bottom of the body is made with a slope ending with a recess, before which at least one protective cartridge is installed on the bottom, and the circulating pump is submersible with a lower point located below the protective cartridge. Mandrels are made flat and have slots in the base. At that, the housing is equipped with a cover containing a power drive from the outside, and from the inner one – a centralizer and a piercing device connected to the power drive, consisting of a piercing drive, with which in turn a piercing spindle is connected, and the housing is placed in a tray equipped with a leak sensor.

EFFECT: invention ensures increased safety of waste disposal and increased efficiency.
