FIELD: chemical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: unpacking aggressive chemicals from bags or soft containers with simultaneous preparation of solutions. A device for unpacking and dissolving aggressive chemicals from soft containers consists of unloading tank (1) for placing soft container (10), removable lid (2), device for unsealing the soft container, container (7) for dissolved solid chemical connected to the unloading tank and the liquid circulation system for dissolving the chemical. Soft container (10) is secured under removable lid (2), designed to be lowered by a lifting mechanism into unloading tank (1) and sealing the internal space of the unloading tank with simultaneous unsealing of the soft container. The liquid circulation system is configured to supply liquid from the container for the dissolved solid chemical into the unloading reservoir at the location of the soft container unsealing device. In the upper part of the unloading tank there are nozzles into which water is supplied to clean the inner walls of the unloading tank (1) and the outer walls of the soft container by a water supply system that supplies water to the place where the soft container unsealing device is located to clean the inner walls of the soft container.
