Indoor block of an air conditioning unit comprising a casing, an infrared sensor located on the casing, and a controller, into which the infrared sensor outputs the detection result, wherein the controller configuration converting the detection result into the thermal image common data representing the temperature distribution within the infrared sensor infrared detection range, conducted on the basis of common data of thermal image calculation of floor space with air conditioning, conducted based on common data of thermal image receiving data of thermal image of floor, including a plurality of elementary data groups of elements, each having coordinates within the floor area and floor temperature within the floor area associated with said coordinates, conducted on the basis of data of thermal image of sex determination of whether there is a device for floor heating in space with air conditioning in switched-on state.

EFFECT: this invention makes it possible to achieve comfortable air conditioning without communication with floor heating device.
