FIELD: refrigeration units.
SUBSTANCE: refrigeration cycle unit includes a compressor, an internal heat exchanger, an external heat exchanger with first and second external heat exchangers, a bypass flow path that forces the compressor discharge side to communicate with either the first external heat exchanger or second external heat exchanger, a flow control valve provided in the bypass flow path, and a controller. The controller is intended to operate the heating mode, in which the first and second external heat exchanger acts as evaporator and the indoor heat exchanger acts as condenser, and the simultaneous heating and defrosting mode, in which part of the refrigerant released from the compressor is supplied to one of the external heat exchangers via a bypass flow channel, the other external heat exchanger acts as evaporator, and the indoor heat exchanger acts as condenser. When performing simultaneous heating and defrosting, the controller changes the compressor operating frequency so that it is higher than the compressor upper limit frequency in heating mode.
EFFECT: invention improves the heat output of the internal heat exchanger in the refrigeration cycle unit.
