FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, railway automation and telemechanics and can be used in locomotive movement control systems during shunting operations at a station, namely, in automation of shunting locomotive control during thrusting and disbanding of compositions on a sorting hill. Disclosed is method and system for controlling rolling stock during thrusting and breaking from sorting hump. In the mode of rolling stock overthrust, the rolling stock moves along the movable part of the sorting hump in the hump main crest direction, at that, the rolling stock movement is performed by at least one locomotive, which pushes at least one gear ahead of itself towards the hump main crest, and wherein for each point of installation of wheel sensor there is calculated speed of rolling stock, which must be in rolling stock at the moment of passage of corresponding point of installation of wheel sensor. Location of rolling stock at implementation of thrust mode is determined using system of identification marks and readers and wheel sensors arranged on railway tracks of sorting hump. At moment when rolling stock passes at least one wheel sensor, compliance of actual speed of rolling stock with rated speed of rolling stock at point of installation of said wheel sensor is checked, and in case of actual speed mismatch, actual speed of rolling stock is brought into compliance with design speed for point of installation of corresponding wheel sensor. When hump main crest is reached by rolling stock, mode of rolling stock disbanding is started, within the framework of which at its passage by at least one hump main crest, its successive separation from rolling stock and / or locomotive and further rolling down of sorting hump sliding part, locomotive stopping point is calculated on an overlapping section of the sorting hump, which is calculated proceeding from the conditions that all trailers of the rolling stock are separated from the locomotive, and the locomotive is located on an overlapping part of the sorting hump. When the calculated stopping point is reached, the locomotive is stopped.
EFFECT: possibility of automatic control of locomotives during thrusting and disbanding of rolling stock on sorting hump, reaching minimum time of rolling stock dissolution.
