FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for fine grinding and mixing and can be used in industries, where thin and ultrafine grinding is required, dispersion nano encapsulation, homogenisation and mixing of different materials. Mill-mixer comprises a support device, a loading and unloading device, an electric drive with a carrier, cylindrical housing of mixer-mill in the form of vertically oriented cylindrical container separated by diaphragms into chambers with milling bodies and containing perforated conical rings arranged in chambers. Cylindrical housing at the center vertically along the height of the mill comprises a steel mounting axis with an outer diameter from 0.05 to 0.10 of inner diameter of the cylindrical housing, this axis is introduced into the carrier of the drive in the upper part of the housing at the distance between the axis of the drive and the axis of the steel pipe in range from 0.08 to 0.22 of the inner diameter of the housing. In the middle of the even chambers conic rings are installed in the form of straight cones with ratios of diameter of the upper base to the lower one in range from 1:1.5 to 1:2. Unloading chamber of cylindrical housing with cylindrical ring with diameter from 0.95 to 0.99 of inner diameter of housing is installed in lower chamber of cylindrical housing. Ring and side walls of cylindrical housing along height of unloading chamber are equipped with perforation in form of round holes, and perforation in all conical rings is made at levels from 3/4 to 1/4 of height of rings. Unloading chamber is connected to annular pipeline located along the perimeter of unloading chamber for lateral axial unloading of finished dry material or liquid suspension through perforated wall of housing. Support device is made in the form of a steel cylindrical chamber filled with steel balls of the same diameter, selected within range of 10 to 200 mm, with chamber height of 1.10 to 1.20 of diameter of selected balls and inner diameter by value of 5 to 20 % greater than outer diameter of mill housing, with elastic seal between housing and upper cut of support cylindrical chamber, wherein chamber is filled with machine oil from oil station.
EFFECT: increase in operating reliability is provided in the mill-mixer.
