SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in well operation and determination of continuity of well production string, namely, packer leaks. Packer and/or the outer surface of the packer are provided with marking-tracers with the possibility of selecting markers-tracers from the packer when the well fluid passes through the working surface of the insulating well element.
EFFECT: determining the correctness of the packers operation, which affect the oil production efficiency and the well watering.
