SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valves and is intended for use in gas and other industries. Technical problem, which is solved by the proposed invention, is higher reliability of the ball valve. Technical problem is solved by the fact that in holes for seats there is a groove, which diameter is more than diameter of this hole, and width is less than depth of this hole. At that, on external surface of each of seats cylindrical projection is made, which diameter is equal to or smaller than diameter of housing opening, and width of projection is equal to or less than width of groove. At that, ledges of seats contact with surface of grooves as a result of plastic deformation of seats during valve assembly.

EFFECT: prevention of leakage of working medium due to increased tightness of ball valve seats.
