FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measurement equipment and can be used for connection of parametric sensors of various types (resistive, inductive, capacitive, mixed type) to signal generator and removal of informative electric signals for further processing in various information and measurement telemetry systems. Device for measuring impedance of parametric sensors, comprising a closed loop, comprising a sinusoidal signal generator, measuring and reference parametric sensors, a signal processor and two channels for transmitting signals from sensors to a signal processor, each having a series-connected instrumentation amplifier, a signal former and an analogue-to-digital converter, wherein parametric sensors are connected to inputs of instrument amplifiers, and outputs of analogue-to-digital converters are connected to signal processor. Signal generator is in form of a sinusoidal current generator of constant amplitude and known frequency. Reference sensor used is a sensor whose impedance is unknown, wherein the measuring and reference sensors are connected directly to the closed circuit in series. Support sensor is located near the measuring one with provision of the same effect on both sensors of environmental factors, and the effect of the measured value only on the measuring sensor. Signal processor is configured to calculate the impedance of the reference sensor in parallel to the impedance of the measurement sensor.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device for measuring impedance of parametric sensors, high accuracy of measurements owing to elimination of the effect of parameters of connecting conductors, faster measurement and simplification of the design of the measuring device owing to elimination of matching circuits and a procedure for preliminary calibration thereof.
