FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to starch-blade industry. Method involves mixing starch with moisture content of 13–20 % with a solution of two reagents containing aluminum-potassium alum and adipic acid. One obtains a mixture with moisture content of 30.0–35.0 % containing 0.25–1.00 wt% of aluminum-potassium alum in an amount of starch and 0.50–1.00 wt% of adipic acid. Obtained mixture is dried at temperature 140–145 °C to moisture content of 2.5–3.0 %. Dextrinisation and esterification of starch is carried out at mixture temperature of 150–170 °C for 60–120 minutes to obtain white or fawn or yellow dextrin. Then produced dextrin is cooled, sifted and packaged.
EFFECT: invention accelerates the process of producing dextrin, reduces the cost of production, improves the quality of dextrin and dextrin adhesive prepared on its basis, increases storage life and widens the range.
