FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of dry bile salts from native bile of cattle provides for clarification of native bile by addition of activated carbon, heating of mixture to preset temperature and cooling with subsequent filtration to obtain clarified bile. Alkaline hydrolysis of clarified bile with 50 % sodium hydroxide solution is performed at 130 °C for 12 hours, followed by cooling to room temperature and filtration. Obtained filtrate of clarified bile hydrolyzate is treated with 20 % barium chloride solution, heated to the specified temperature, cooled, filtered with further sedimentation of bile acids from filtrate with 20 % hydrochloric acid in isoelectric point with pH 6.4–6.6. Adding 20 % hydrochloric acid solution to pH 7.2–7.4 and activated carbon, heating to the specified temperature with subsequent cooling, filtration and drying on the drying unit in the vibrofluidised bed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to impart evident inhibitory effect to selective differential diagnostic media.
