FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, and can be used for treating inflammatory periodontium diseases. For this purpose, children's Carmolis phytogel for teeth and gums is introduced into pathological pockets and along gingival edge. After this, lazer-phoresis is performed according to a labile technique on an upper and a lower jaw in a segmental manner: 1.8–1.3; 1.3–2.3; 2.3–2.8 – upper jaw segments and 3.8–3.3; 3.3–4.3; 4.3–4.8 – segments of lower jaw. Laser radiation at wave length 662 nm, radiation power 0.4 W, energy density 18 J/cm² 4 minutes for each segment: 2 minutes from vestibular side and 2 minutes from palatine-lingual side. That is followed by rinsing the oral cavity with solution containing 10–20 Carmolis drops in 0.5 glass of water. Before suppression of manifested inflammation, rinses are performed every 2 hours, then – in 3–4 hours. Therapeutic course of periodontitis is 7 daily procedures, while gingivitis – 5 daily procedures.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the length of treatment, achieving stable remission.
