SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for crushing and grinding various materials, in particular to a conical or gyratory crusher, and to a sealing element used in such crusher. Proposed crusher comprises sliding ring, crushing head vertically adjustable to adjust crusher discharge opening width, and first sealing element arranged between sliding ring and crushing head to confine first space above first sealing element. Crusher additionally comprises first flexible element connected with first sealing element and limiting second space under first sealing element. Plant for treatment of mineral material is characterized by that it contains said cone or gyratory crusher. Sealing element configured to be arranged between the sliding ring and the crushing head, vertically adjustable to adjust the width of the unloading slit of the cone or gyratory crusher, comprises a first sealing element configured to limit the first space above the first sealing element. Crusher additionally comprises first flexible element connected with first sealing element and limiting second space under first sealing element.

EFFECT: sealing element ensures high dust-proof of crushers.
