FIELD: plastic processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to irrigation. Device for forming connectors, holders for irrigation discharge pipes along a previously made lay-flat pipe comprises means for making a hole having a peripheral edge, on one wall of the prefabricated lay-flat pipe, and means for placing separating means inside said pipe so that after formation of said hole on one wall of said pipe, said separating means are located opposite said opening, said separating means separate one wall of said pipe from the second wall of said pipe, and mold for pressure casting, which enables to inject melt plastic material into cavity by means of it. Said mold comprises means for flattening said pipe so that prior to injection said hole is located opposite said separators, and rod element, which is made with at least one channel at its end for direction of flow of said molten material into said injection cavity, and which is configured to be located inside said hole after flattening said pipe. Said mold can be installed so that said separators participate in limitation of said cavity and peripheral edge of said opening protrudes when its edges extend into said cavity. Said shape enables injection of said molten plastic material into said cavity so that it attaches said pumped material only to said one wall of pipe, as well as to said peripheral edge of said opening. Said mold is configured to be withdrawn from said opening, wherein pumped material is retained in the form of holder secured on said one wall of said pipe and configured to install connection means on irrigation discharge pipe to be fed with water from said lay-flat pipe. Method comprises the following steps: making holes with peripheral edge in one wall of said prefabricated lay-flat pipe; arrangement of separating means in inner space of said pipe so that after making said hole in one wall of said pipe separating means are arranged opposite said hole, and wherein said separating means separate one wall of said pipe from second wall of said pipe; placing the mold for injection, which enables injection of melted plastic material into the cavity into the above hole and such that said separators participate in limiting said cavity, and peripheral edge of said opening protrudes, wherein its edges are protruded into said opening; injection of melted plastic material by said mold into said cavity so that pumped material is attached only to said one wall of said pipe and to peripheral edge of said opening; withdrawal of said shape from said opening so as to leave material pumped by means of it, and in which it is made in form of holder, which is attached to one wall of said pipe, and said holder is configured to receive connecting means for irrigation discharge pipe, which is intended for installation and feeding with water from said lay-flat pipe. Lay-flat pipe is made with at least one holder of the connector, which is formed on the above pipe by means of the device described above. Lay-flat pipe is made with at least one holder of the connector formed on the said pipe when performing the method described above.
EFFECT: solving the problem of forming connector holders for irrigation discharge pipes along a lay-flat pipe.
