FIELD: nonwoven materials.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the following steps: a) providing a three-phase (gas-liquid-solid) suspension containing: natural and / or artificial fibers, a surfactant, 20–48 vol% air; b) providing a first moving mesh carrier; c) applying three-phase suspension on first moving mesh carrier to produce fibrous web; d) removing the aqueous residue of the three-phase suspension through the first mesh carrier; e) recycling an aqueous residue to step a); f) preliminary integration of fibrous web by means of hydrojet webbing 0.0005–0.05 m3 water per 1 m3 applied three-phase suspension at pressure of 5–50 bar and water collection after water-jet treatment; g) transferring pre-integrated fibrous web from said first moving mesh carrier to a second moving mesh carrier, wherein porosity of said second moving mesh carrier is less than porosity of said first moving mesh carrier; h) hydraulic entanglement of fibrous web on said second moving carrier.
EFFECT: described is a method of producing nonwoven materials.
