FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed in this document are versions of a surface-controlled and fault-tolerant electric subsurface safety valve for use in a well. For example, in one of the versions of invention implementation the system of electric subsurface safety valve (eSSSV) is disclosed, which comprises central control system, underwater control module and electric subsurface safety valve containing duplicated backup electronic modules, which are made with possibility to control supply of electromagnetic starters, which actuate single valve. At that, at least one electronic module contains a through switch, and the above switch allows modules to communicate either independently from each other or together with subsurface electronic units.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of electric subsurface safety valve.
