SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food, microbiological and chemical industry and can be used for vacuum sublimation drying of frozen solutions or suspensions, vacuum sublimation drying of frozen food products, as well as for concentration or drying of liquid solutions and suspensions. Vacuum sublimation drying system contains one or several drying chambers with a heat supply system and trays for the material to be dried, as well as a vapour condensation system and a non-condensing gas suction system. System further comprises an automated unloading system, a loading system, wherein each automated mobile drying chamber with trays for the material to be dried and the heat supply system arranged therein is configured to move over the production room and alternate connection by means of sealed or unsealed connectors with loading system, with stationary located vapour condensation system, as well as with the unloading system, after the raw material loading, the heat supply system of the drying chamber, if necessary for its rapid freezing is connected by means of sealed connectors to the system for preliminary freezing of the raw material, then, by means of a hermetic connector, the inner volume of the chamber is connected to the inner volume of the stationary vapour condensation system and simultaneously with the help of tight connectors heat supply system of drying chamber is connected to heat generating system, and then drying chamber is connected with automated unloading system using sealed or unsealed connectors.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of automation of loading and unloading operations during vacuum sublimation drying process.
