FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plant engineering and can be used in multistage heat pump plants to heat working medium from initial temperature equal to initial temperature of low-potential heat source. Plant additionally comprises a liquid level separator of the first stage separator coolant and one actuator, wherein output of sensor is connected to input of actuator connected to first stage throttle, and throttles of each stage are made with possibility of providing coolant flow rates, defined by

where W is working medium flow rate, kg/s; cp is average isobaric heat capacity of working medium in temperature range from Ti-1 to Ti, kJ/(kg K); Ti is the temperature of the working medium at the output of the heating cavity of the capacitor of the ith stage, K; Ti-1 is working medium temperature at heating sub-cooler (i-1)th stage inlet; h_(K_i))^'' - enthalpy of cooling agent at the outlet of the compressor of the ith stage, kJ/kg; h_(i-1)^' - enthalpy of coolant at outlet of cooling cavity of subcooler of ith stage, kJ/kg; z is number of stages of multi-stage heat pump unit; Gj is the amount of coolant passing through (i + 1)th stage, kg/s; h_i^'' - enthalpy of refrigerant vapor phase on dryness line x = 1 of ith stage, kJ/kg; h_i^' - enthalpy of liquid phase of coolant on dry x = 0 line of ith stage, kJ/kg; i is sequence number of step.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency.
