METHOD OF ADJUSTING THE POSITION OF THE INSTRUMENTATION AND SHIPBOARD EQUIPMENT SITES RELATIVE TO THE AFLOAT SHIP'S BASE CONTROL SITE AND THE MEASURING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01C9/24

Abstract RU 2705759 C1

FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, namely, to methods and devices for adjustment of position of platforms for instruments and equipment during ship completion to afloat, as well as during periodical inspections during operation. Method of adjusting the position of the adjustable ship pads relative to the reference control area using a measuring device consisting of two identical modules with bar levels connected by a communication line, consists in the fact that at first both modules are installed on basic control platform of ship parallel to specified azimuth direction and using the examiners contained therein, the modules are adjusted relative to the horizon to provide synchronous and symmetrical oscillations of the bubbles in both levels of the modules, after which one module is moved to the measured site and installed according to the azimuthal direction given earlier on the base platform, and by mechanical adjustment of inclination of the verifiable site, synchronization of switching on of light and sound indicators from different modules at the moment of passage of bubbles through centers of levels of both modules, providing parallel location in space of base and reconciled sites, then position of verified site is fixed. Measuring device for implementation of above described method consists of two identical modules, each of which has a bar level with a bubble ampoule fixed on the examiner, a center of which is fitted with a capacitive sensor with a high-frequency resonance measuring circuit, which fixes the moment of passage of the ampoule bubble under it. Sensor base is made from dielectric material having dielectric loss tangent of about 0.0005, base surface adjacent to ampoule has semi-cylindrical shape, commensurate with ampoule diameter, to this surface two overhead electrodes are fixed, made of foil strips with width of not more than 4 mm, one electrode has U-shape, and inside it with a gap of not less than 1 mm from inner side "U" strip of the second electrode is located, the longitudinal side of the electrodes assembly has the bubble length and is located in the direction of the ampoule axis, on the upper side of the sensor base there are electric elements of the sensor measuring circuit closed by the housing, which are tuned to the frequency of order of 32÷36 MHz, cable sensor is connected to recording electronic unit, which generates sound and light indication of bubble passing moments through central portion of level ampoule, in each electronic unit there is a double set of light and sound indicators from different modules connected by a communication line.

EFFECT: technical result, achieved from implementation of the declared group of inventions, consists in improvement of accuracy of adjustment of position of adjustable ship sites and reduction of duration of technological process.
