FIELD: geodetic measurements.

SUBSTANCE: method and a device based on a bubble-type level are proposed, which are fixed on structural elements of a controlled object. The device contains a measuring module, including an optoelectronic measuring unit based on a bubble-type level, with a detector in the form of a digital video camera and a radiation source, an interface unit for receiving and transmitting digital data interconnected by means of optical, electrical and program-logical communication and, via a communication unit for transmitting digital data, with a module for obtaining data on the results of measurements of the angles of inclination of the controlled object, made in the form of a PC-based user recording station with general and application software to enable automatic collection, storage, processing, and conversion of the received digital data of geodetic measurements using computer vision program algorithms into high-precision values, longitudinal along the X-axis and transverse along the Y-axis, the angles of inclination of the controlled object.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining the angles of inclination of the controlled objects during geodetic monitoring.
