SUBSTANCE: invention relates to commercial means. Commercial system comprises: an EC server connected to a user terminal for electronic commerce, an authentication server for customs clearance, which administers pre-clearance information, and an administration server which is connected to the authentication server for customs clearance and the EC server. Administration server receives a registration request from a product administration server, sends a registration request to an authentication server for customs clearance, receives preliminary customs clearance information relating to the product from the authentication server for customs clearance, and transmits it to the EC server. Authentication server for customs clearance generates pre-clearance information based on product information in response to a request from the EC server and transmits it to the administration server. EC server transmits the received pre-clearance cleaning information together with the product information to the user terminal and receives from the user terminal an instruction for passing the product indicated by the product information through the customs.

EFFECT: technical result is wider range of means for commerce.
