SUBSTANCE: system including menstrual shorts and absorbent. Menstrual shorts may contain a forward part; a rear part; a crotch part designed to connect the front and rear parts, at that, the crotch is used to fit the sanitary napkin; a part defining a waist opening, provided at the upper edge of the front part and the upper edge of the rear; a pair of leg openings provided below both side edges of the front part and both side edges of the rear part; and a firming strip located along the longitudinal centerline in the rear part. Menstrual shorts may apply contact pressure of 25-1002 g/cm² to the body of the bearer longitudinally through the crotch. The absorbent can comprise a topsheet with a surface facing the body; a backsheet connected to the said topsheet; and an absorbent core between the topsheet and backsheet. The absorbent can provide the vertical inflow of at least about 12 cm for 30 minutes.
