FIELD: spraying; pulverisation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and a method of applying a liquid material which contains solid particles in a state of dispersion of solid particles in a liquid material and can be used to stir a liquid material. Proposed device comprises carriage to be fitted on guide ring. Guide ring is installed on the tubular element to be coated. Device also comprises drive to drive the carriage along the guide ring, at least one supply head mounted on the carriage for coating the article, a supply tank with coating material and a connecting hose connecting the supply hole with the supply head so that when the carriage is rotated by the drive means, the coating material is fed into the feeding head to ensure application of the coating on the tubular element. Drive means comprises a motor fitted in the carriage. Carriage comprises adjustment device to be detachably mounted on guide ring. Besides, the device contains a blocking device for adjustment of the roller position to ensure removal of the carriage from the guide ring. Unit for application of coating on tubular element comprises device for application of coating and guide ring. Guide ring is installed around external periphery of tubular element for application of coating by carriage by 360° - section of outer periphery of tubular element. Method of coating a pipe with a coating unit comprises the following steps: placing at least one guide ring around the pipe in the first location, securing the drive carriage on the first guide ring, spraying the coating in the first location, removing the drive carriage from the first guide ring, the elapsed time is monitored after the material supply is stopped and the small amount of the coating is sprayed in the appropriate area or container until the next coating process takes place.
EFFECT: technical result of group of inventions is that liquid material containing solid particles can be released in state of dispersion of solid particles in liquid material with minimum additional structure for mixing; mixing is carried out in the same pass channel, solid particles deposition in the pass channel can be minimized.
