FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: for heating molds carousel machine is equipped with two gas two-row injection burners of medium pressure with ten single mixers. Burners are located one (69) – on steel stand near merry-go-round, other (70) – on bracket under molds. Anti-mold paint on the molds is applied by three-section spray gun (63) installed on the support. Mold is cooled by ten axial fans arranged on bracket on side of filled molds, wherein five fans are inclined at angle of 40°, and five – at angle of 50° to upper plane of molds. Device for extracting ingots (28) from ingot molds comprises pneumatic cylinder (26) with rod (25) with grip (24) at its end. Pneumatic cylinder is arranged on fixed steel support. Heating control device consists of a temperature sensor fixed on a support of the support, and an electronic display showing temperature of the molds. Device for counting pigs consists of a temperature sensor fixed on a support and a finished product counter mounted on a support.

EFFECT: simple design, low power consumption and high efficiency.
