FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of aircraft components based on polymer composite materials by vacuum forming. Method consists of manual laying of specified number of layers of prepreg on tooling, subsequent hardening of assembled preform at high temperature, to ensure high degree of approximation of actual geometry of article to given geometry of splices of edges of prepreg when placed on tooling is made "butt-to-butt", to form radius zones and planes on side of vacuum package form-setting process inserts are installed, which regularly distribute molding pressure, preform molding during sub-molding and final hardening is performed by means of installation of blocks on assembled stack of layers with their winding by shrink tape and installation of vacuum package with subsequent maintenance of residual pressure in it at level of not more than 0.3 kPa at binder processing or hardening temperature.

EFFECT: technical result consists in manufacturing with high geometric accuracy of aircraft components based on polymer composite materials by vacuum molding.
