FIELD: mechanical engineering; aviation engine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, aviation engine building; it can be used in the manufacture of molding equipment for molding of products of polymer composite materials (hereinafter – PCM). A method for the manufacture of molding equipment of PCM includes following operations: separation of a molding surface of mandrel for the manufacture of couling plates with separation lines into adjacent zones for laying of workpieces of polymer composite material, each of which is identical in geometry to a corresponding single couling plate of a set, laying, along separation lines with their overlap, of a strip of antiadhesion material, cutting of workpieces of polymer composite material along a contour of each single couling plate, layer-by-layer laying of workpieces on top of each other in a laying zone along separation lines, corresponding to each single couling plate, with adjunction to it and end-to-end with each other, overlapping part of the strip of antiadhesion material, located in the corresponding laying zone, and forming, when laying, a pairing zone profile. Upon completion of laying of workpiece layers, part of the strip of antiadhesion material, located in adjacent zones of laying of workpieces of single couling plates, is bent and laid on a surface of laid layers, thus isolating layers of workpieces of polymer composite material of adjacent single couling plates from each other. During layer-by-layer laying of workpieces, a pairing zone profile is formed. Upon completion of laying, a drainage packet is formed on a surface of laid layers, sequentially laying an antiadhesion layer, for example fluoroplastic film, and a layer of impregnation material, for example fiberglass, one after another, and polymer composite material is cured under action of a temperature and pressure. Upon completion of a curing mode, the drainage packet is removed, and couling plates are separated from each other by removal of the strip of antiadhesion material, separating layers of adjacent couling plates from each other, during laying of cut workpieces of polymer composite material and their subsequent curing.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction in manufacturing costs of molding equipment due to reduction in a technological cycle, reduction in labor intensity and material consumption of its manufacture.
