FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of aircraft parts based on polymer composite materials by vacuum forming. Proposed method consists in placing preset number of prepreg layers on tooling and hardening assembled stack of layers at high temperature. At that, tooling is used, which includes two metal beams of rectangular cross-section, which form the main geometry of the part of H-section, and two metal collets with stops, which set the thickness of its flanges, which are sequentially joined to each other as layers stacks are laid. At that, the tooling elements are assembled with the specified gaps determining the thickness of the shelves and the walls of the final part, reinforcing layers of the part are laid on the tooling in five separate packages. Molding of polymer composite material after assembly of all tooling elements with laid stacks of layers is carried out in one process operation with installed vacuum bag with subsequent maintenance of residual pressure in it at the level of not more than 2.0 kPa at binder curing temperature.

EFFECT: providing high geometrical accuracy of forming composite structure of H-section of specified thickness.
