FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: LED lamp contains a single rectangular printed circuit board, on which all components, including the driver, are placed, and which is configured in the form of a central section separated by fold lines, sections that are adjacent to it and inclined sections fitting to the adjacent ones. The central section is installed with the possibility of emitting LEDs into the upper hemisphere, and adjacent sections and sections with LEDs fitting to them are installed with the possibility of emitting LEDs into the lower hemisphere. The continuation of the ends of the board forms a square pipe, in the corners of which there are threaded convolutions, on which the cap is screwed, while the surface of the faces of the square prism has thermal contact with the lamp case. The inner part of the cap makes electrical contact with the board. The driver components are located inside the square pipe section. The lamp case is an inverted hemisphere, to which a bulb is attached from above or a thin transparent plate is glued, which has thermal contact with the LEDs, providing heat output to the space and at the same time sealing the lamp, the square part of the pipe of the thin-walled case has a heat-emitting outer surface.
EFFECT: increased power, the creation of a full lighting angle, as well as possibility of maximum automation of the lamp manufacturing processes.
