SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Mutant recombinant thermostable phytase PhyCf-t, the mature portion of which has an amino acid sequence given in the sequence listing under the number SEQ ID NO: 3, starting from 23 amino acid residue, differs from phytase PhyCf sequence from Citrobacter freundii by replacing amino acid residue of lysine in position 46 corresponding in mature part of protein position 24, to amino acid residue of methionine, and substitution of amino acid residue of lysine in position 138 corresponding in mature part of protein position 116, to amino acid residue of glutamic acid.
EFFECT: invention provides wider range of thermally stable phytases.
