SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a recombinant phytase-producing strain of the Pichia pastoris VKPM Y-4466 yeast. The proposed strain contains the HAC1 gene from Saccharomyces cerevisiae and multiple copies of an optimised sequence of the gene encoding Escherichia coli phytase in the chromosome.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of recombinant phytase-producing microorganisms.
