FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting and rolling. Thermally non-reinforced structural material of aluminum-based alloy is obtained, which contains the following ratio, wt%: magnesium 9.50–10.50, titanium 0.01–0.03, beryllium 0.0001–0.005, zirconium 0.05–0.12, scandium 0.18–0.3, manganese 0.3–0.6, nickel 0.01–0.05, cobalt 0.01–0.05, aluminum – the rest. Admixtures containing iron and silicon must not exceed 0.08 wt%. Crystallization is carried out in a rotating crystallizer at a gravity coefficient of 120–180, a time of finding the alloy in the form of melt of 10–14 s/kg and a rate of directed radial cooling in a crystallizer of not more than 8 °C/s. Ingot is subjected to heat treatment for 2–4 hours at temperature of 340–380 °C, then at this temperature, hot rolling is performed to thickness of 6 mm in 10–12 passes with degree of deformation in first pass of not less than 25 % and final temperature of rolled stock 310–330 °C, then, cold rolling is performed in 12–14 passages with final annealing at temperature 440 °C for 45 minutes with cooling in air.
