FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: moulding of ingots is performed with metal cooling rate no less than 100°C/min. The homogenising annealing of ingots is performed at the temperature 10-75°C lower than the temperature of non-equilibrium solidus with conditioning during 1-24 h and hot deformation of the ingot at the temperature amounting 0.75-0.99 from the temperature of the equilibrium solidus with total level of deformation no less than 80%. After hot rolling the cold rolling of flat work piece is performed with high annealing preceding the first pass, and intermediate high annealings with the cooling rate excluding self-hardening of the work piece. Finishing annealing of the produced foil is performed.
EFFECT: method provides the reserve of process plasticity of the work piece necessary for producing of foil with the thickness 0,1 mm and less.
