SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for storing and transporting powder and granular materials, mainly carbon black, and can be used in the tyre and rubber industries. A container for bulk materials in the form of a roll of polymer material contains a sleeve and two cavities inserted into it into each other, made of high-density polyethylene with the possibility of melting up to 70°C. The cavities are sequentially fixed on the roll by heat sealing with perforation to separate containers filled with carbon black by weight from the series: 0.5; 1.0; 5.0; 10.0; 15.0, and 20.0 kg, the quantity of which per roll can be different and is determined by transportation conditions and the needs of the technological process.

EFFECT: possibility of achieving complete tightness, eliminating losses and waste in the event of a leak in the process of loading, transporting and unloading carbon black, solving the problem of environmental safety.
