FIELD: chemistry; processing and recycling of wastes.
SUBSTANCE: in method of sealing emergency containers, which involves preparation and collecting weighed portions of initial reagents, arrangement and storage of initial reagents A - from a group of polyesters and B - from a group of polyisocyanate-containing compounds, as well as process additives, in separate containers formed in cavity of sleeve made from elastic material non-permeable for viscous liquids, having two-way communication with atmosphere which before filling reagents is covered with two plates with formation of independent containers for separate storage of reagents and intermediate tank for mixing reagents, which after removal of removable plates opens for flow and mixing reagents A and B, vessel used is a sleeve, sleeve made from polyethylene is closed at centre with two rigidly connected plates to form two independent zones, wherein sleeve is bent to form a fold for producing a control zone, and base of fold is repeatedly bent and zone of repeated folding is fixed with two plates to form a reservoir for mixing and simultaneously monitoring leakage of reagents of individual reservoirs during their separate storage, reagents A and B used are polyester and polyisocyanate-containing compound, which are taken per every 100 pts.wt polyester - 120 pts.wt polyisocyanate-containing compound, and additionally process additives used are sol microspheres in amount of 15 pts.wt, or polystyrene granules in amount of 15 pts.wt, after mixing components, method comprises stirring by turning walls of containers for 30-40 s, followed by cutting wall of reservoir for mixing reagents for introduction of produced filling composition into a local region of damage of emergency container. Method provides a simplified process, safety and reliability of transportation and storage of emergency containers with toxic and environmentally hazardous materials, efficiency and urgency for elimination of leaks in emergency containers, independence from sources of energy and saving labour resources. Furthermore, sealing composition additionally includes sol microspheres in amount of 15 pts.wt per each 100 pts.wt component A. Also, sealing composition includes polystyrene granules foamed in amount of 15 pts.wt per each 100 pts.wt component A.
EFFECT: invention relates to development of an effective method of sealing emergency containers, ensuring safety conditions and high reliability and storage of emergency containers with toxic and environmentally hazardous materials.
