FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining industry and can be used in development of horizontal gas-bearing coal beds by gasification of coal. Oxidizer delivery device contains a flow path of the oxidizer flow, including a hinged joint, a flexible pipe and a mechanical shear device, which are in gas-tight connection to each other in the specified sequence. Branch pipe of oxidizer is attached to mechanical shear device. Mechanical shearing device is adapted to cut the oxidizer branch pipe in order to allow the flexible pipe to be pulled in, if necessary. Hinged joint provides for continuous delivery of oxidizer during movement of oxidizer branch pipe by moving flexible tube at rotation of drum for flexible tube. To implement the method of coal gasification using an oxidizer delivery device in a subsurface coal bed, a system of completed wells for underground gasification of coal is installed. Continuously high purity oxidizer and cooler are injected. Annular space between flexible tube and casing shank of injection well is used as auxiliary flow path for injection of coolant.

EFFECT: providing continuous delivery of oxidizer, higher quality of generator gas and safety of delivery process.
