FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to underground gasification of coal. Proposed device comprises wellhead, casing, gas discharge pipeline, coolant pipeline, control and measurement system in casing string. Casing string is used for reinforcement and sealing of gas-well bore and is connected by threaded connections. Gas-discharge pipeline is used to extract generator gas formed during gasification from gas vent to surface and comprises perforated section at its end. Coolant pipeline is used to inject the coolant into the gas outlet well in order to cool the generator gas formed during gasification and is connected at the end to the coolant branch pipe. Coolant pipeline contains one or more check valves located in the position immediately before the perforated section at the end of the gas discharge pipeline starting from the wellhead. Control and measurement system passes downwards from the wellhead and is fixed near the beginning of the perforated section at the end of the gas discharge pipeline and contains temperature and pressure sensors and acoustic sensors inside the protective pipeline. Wellhead comprises gas-tight casing sealing and measuring orifices with valves for pressure operation for control and measurement system, outlet hole of generator gas for gas discharge pipeline, outlet holes of annular space of casing string for casing string and inlet holes for cooler for pipeline of cooler. Downstream zone of the generator gas cooling is arranged downstream the coolant branch pipe.
EFFECT: safe and controlled operation with possibility of regeneration and reuse of most components.
