SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Device eliminates obstacles to user breathing. Base element is detachably connected to the upper or lower jaw of the user. Resilient support element is connected to base element and includes at least one contact surface for contact with at least one area of fabric. Resilient support element moves between retracted position and unfolded position. In the retracted position, at least one contact surface is spatially separated from at least one tissue area. In the deployed position, at least a portion of the resilient support member extends such that at least one contact surface is in contact with at least one tissue area, preventing at least partial collapse of at least a portion of the upper airways.
EFFECT: control unit actuates an electromechanical drive device for movement of the elastic support element between the retracted and unfolded positions.
