FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber composition and a tire. Rubber composition contains three types of diene polymers, which form multiple polymer phases, immiscible with each other, silicon dioxide and technical carbon. Each of three types of diene polymers – A, B and C is characterized by level of content ≥ 10 wt% with respect to total weight of diene polymers. Diene polymer B satisfies formula (i): St + Vi/2 ≤ 33, where "St" is the level of bound styrene content (wt%) in diene polymer B, and "Vi" is the content of vinyl bonds (wt%) in the part of diene polymer B formed by the conjugated diene compound. Silicon dioxide is characterized by a content level of > 25 pts. wt. with respect to total weight or 100 pts. wt. of diene polymers. Composition contains ≥ 25 pts. wt. of technical carbon with respect to total weight or 100 pts. wt. of diene polymers.

EFFECT: invention improves operational characteristics of the tire on ice.
