SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber composition and a tire. Composition contains a diene polymer, silicon dioxide and resin, where: 5 MPa ≤ elastic deformation accumulation module (E') of rubber composition at -20 °C ≤ 10 MPa; elastic deformation accumulation module (E') at -20 °C and loss tangent (tan δ) at -20 °C, formula (1) is satisfied from rubber composition and weight ratio of content of silicon dioxide (pts. wt.) relative to weight content of resin (pts. wt.) or ratio of content of silicon dioxide/resin content is in range from 1 to 3.
EFFECT: invention allows improving both operational characteristics of tire on ice, and its wear resistance.
