FIELD: material engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a modified polymer and a rubber composition. The modified polymer based on conjugated diene satisfies the following conditions: i) glass transition temperature: from -80°C to -50°C; ii) Mooney viscosity as measured in the conditions of ASTM D1646: from 70 to 100; iii) the level of 1,2-vinyl bonds in relation to the total mass of the polymer: from 5.0 to 30.0б wt. %; iv) molecular mass distribution (MMD): from 1.5 to 3.5; v) Mooney relaxation coefficient at 110°C: from 0.05 to 0.7. The rubber composition for the manufacture of rubber products contains a modified polymer based on conjugated diene and a filler. The filler is based on silicon dioxide or a filler based on carbon black.
EFFECT: development of a modified polymer based on conjugated diene, which is able to improve rolling resistance and resistance to abrasive wear of the ultimate product, the tire and provide excellent recyclability.
