SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Retention device for forming and simultaneous plasty of the aortic valve leaflets installed so that it can be removed into the hole of the support plate, which is a hollow body, from below which there is a support head, with which the body is retained in the hole of the support plate. Inside the body there is a spring-loaded carrier in the form of a rod with a rounded tip and a removable matrix, which is a site for the aortic valve with three symmetrically arranged stops in the form of pins, where pins ends have bulges on ends for fixation inside housing, and pins themselves are inserted into symmetrically made longitudinal channels. Housing is a connection of two mating parts of round cross-section with varying radii along body of each part, inside of which there is a rod with a flat round tip, having holes for the form of studs bulge thickenings; at that, the rod tip is made faceted; the head has in the hole an opening for the rod faces edges shape. Rod tip and the head hole have a groove-type locking mechanism; flat round base of the carrier is placed on top of the flat round tip of the carrier, on which the stock of the carrier is fixed, and the platform for the aortic valve of the matrix is made in the form of a ring, at the edges of which its stops are symmetrically fixed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the design, avoiding a disposable matrix, improving visualization of pericardial flaps.
