FIELD: medicine, cardiac surgery.

SUBSTANCE: single leaflet is dissected from the free edge to the annulus fibrosus. An incision is made in the middle of its circumference relative to the reference point, which is the only commissure, followed by a symmetrical division of the leaflet into two parts by cutting them off from the fibrous ring in both directions. The leaflets are reimplanted and fixed towards the neocommissure zones. The tissue deficiency in the area of the cut-off zone of the leaflet from the annulus fibrosus is compensated by implantation of a neovalley from the autopericardium.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve normal hemodynamic function of the valve without subsequent formation of calcification on the valve leaflets.
