FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: during the manufacture of the composition one uses a fish treated with steam, one adds spices – ground paunch allspice, ground coriander, food grade preventive low-sodium salt and vegetal components represented by amaranth flour, milled onions, carrots, garlic, nettle, parsley, pumpkin. Onion, carrots and garlic are sautéed in vegetable oil. All the components are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of a product for dietary and preventive nutrition.
