FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of recipe components containing fish raw material. Fish raw material is represented by a fish treated with steam with a small amount of connective tissue. Fish fillet is milled, ground paunch allspice, ground coriander, salt, amaranth flour, milled onions, carrots, garlic, nettle, parsley, pumpkin are added. Onions, carrots and garlic are pre-sautéed in vegetable oil. Components taken in certain proportions are mixed in a mincemeat mixer, packaged into jars, sealed, sterilized and tested for safety.
EFFECT: method ensures preservation of fish raw material useful properties.
