FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, and can be used for stenting of CSF spaces. Stenting is carried out simultaneously with removal of the tumor. In addition, CSF is discharged into and out of the prepontine tank.
EFFECT: method enables simple, reliable and effective stenting of CSF spaces, reduced probability of developing hydrocephaly, reduced intraoperative injuries by using an additional withdrawal of CSF to the prepontine tank and from it.
