SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to oncology. What is presented is a method for combined treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) IB-III stage. Tissue tissues are examined for monoresistant gene expression levels. That is followed by 2 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) by intravenous introduction of chemopreparation doublets as follows: if RRM1 or TYMS is less than 1.0 and ABCC5 is less than 0.5, gemcitabine is prescribed, if ERCC1 is less than 0.5 or BRCA1 is less than 1.0, carboplatin is prescribed, if TUBB3 is 1.0–5.0, vinorelbine is prescribed, while TOP2a is more than 4.0, doxorubicin is prescribed, if BRCA1 is more than 1.5, paclitaxel is prescribed, while TOP1 is more than 2.0 is prescribed irinotecan. After the surgical intervention, in amount of 3 courses, personalized adjuvant chemotherapy with doublets of chemopreparations, selection of which is carried out based on levels of monoresistant gene expression in surgical tissue of the tumor according to the above NACT scheme.

EFFECT: invention provides higher survival rate of patients by reducing the frequency of local recurrences and distant metastases.
