FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the documents protection against forgery. Method comprises the protective label manufacturing, containing a three-dimensional texture, and its authenticity identification. Label texture is obtained by the contact replication on the polymer film. On the label texture a reflective coating is located, on which the adhesive layer is applied. Texture contains areas with the rough surface. During the authenticity identification, having the rough surface the checked label texture area is illuminated with the coherent radiation beam, and comparing the scattered by it radiation speckle patterns with the speckle pattern of the radiation scattered by the genuine label corresponding portion. Chaotic irregularities of the rough surface have characteristic dimensions, commensurate with the illuminating radiation wavelength. Label texture may contain accessible to the visual observation elements (with the naked eye or with the optical microscope) during the identification.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the protection reliability by elimination of the possibility of the label holographic copying.
